Vaccinations for Year 7 will be on Friday, May 10.
NSW Health works in partnership with schools to offer vaccines recommended and funded for adolescents by the National Health and Medical Research Council in a school-based vaccination program. Year 7 is being offered the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine and the diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (dTpa) vaccine.
Consent for each vaccine must be provided by the parents/carers for students to receive free vaccines in school. This consent can be provided online for your child's routine vaccinations. There will still be paper forms available if required.
Please see the step-by-step guide on how to provide consent online (PDF 74KB).
Further information can be found elsewhere on our website.

We acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr people as the traditional custodians of the land on which our school stands. We pay our respects to Elders both past, present and emerging and all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who visit us, learn with us and teach us. This always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
